Working principle: polymer dosing machine
QDJY Automatic polymer dosing machine is an advanced dosing system, mainly used for the preparation and dosing of polymer solutions in water supply system, circulating water system and sludge dewatering system.
The machine is equipped with a mechanical power mixing system to increase the mixing effect.
The machine use standard control (can reserve dry contact for remote PLC online use), all display and control function panel. The display shall include information such as the switching status of each system device. The polymer dissolution process should be completely automated without manual operation. The solution concentration and stirring time can be adjusted to increase the elasticity.
Shortage of polymer powder or water, overload of each power device can immediately alarm and automatic stop operation. The operation panel includes an emergency stop button to handle emergencies.

The QDJY automatic polymer dosing machine is designed for preparing and dosing polymer solutions. It is widely used in water supply systems, industrial/domestic circulating water systems, and sludge dewatering systems.
The machine is manufactured using highly durable materials, specifically Stainless Steel (SS 304 / SS316L) or Carbon Steel (CS), ensuring a long service life of 10 to 30 years depending on the operating environment.
The dosing process is completely automated, which eliminates the need for manual operations. It allows users to adjust both the concentration of the solution and the stirring time. It also features standard control and supports dry contacts for remote PLC online integration.
The system features automated safety protection. It will immediately trigger an alarm and stop operation in case of polymer powder or water shortages, or power device overload. An emergency stop button is also located on the control panel.
This system is commonly used with flocculating reagents like PAM (Polyacrylamide) and PAC (Polyaluminum Chloride) to achieve optimal waste water treatment results.
The QDJY series supports standard preparation capacities ranging from 500 L/H to 8000 L/H. Custom voltages and sizes can also be configured according to your requirements.
