What is the difference between the GFC12, GFC12W, and GFC12C models?

The GFC12 is the button-controlled model without WiFi. The GFC12W adds WiFi connectivity for App-controlled scheduling. The GFC12C adds a built-in 2MP 1080P camera, a privacy cover, two-way audio interface, and increased feeding plan customization options.

What size pet food is suitable for these automatic feeders?

The feeders are optimized for dry pet food ranging from 5 to 15mm in diameter. They also support freeze-dried food options of a similar size.

Does the feeder continue to work if the power cuts out?

Yes. In addition to the standard 5V/1A power adapter, the feeder supports a dual power scheme and will run on 3 D-cell alkaline batteries in case of an electricity interruption.

How many meals and portions can I schedule?

For the button model (GFC12), you can set up to 4 meals/day with 9 portions. The WiFi model (GFC12W) allows up to 10 meals/day with 12 portions. The camera version (GFC12C) supports up to 8 meals/day with 20 portions. Each portion is approximately 10g (with an optional 5g layout available).

Can I customize the color and place our logo on the feeder?
