1. Feed storage & conveyor system

275g two-sided galvanized sheet with the features of high intensity, anti-corrosion, long service life and easy to install.

With the upgrade of processing equipment, the processing precision can reach 0.01mm, effectively enhancing its sealing performance and reducing the risk of feed getting damp.

• Special designed opening devices, easy operation in wind.
• Special designed hopper panel can avoid feed piling up.
• Equipped ladder and window are convenient for maintaining the equipment and checking feed condition.
• Different boot and outlet can fulfill complex feed conveying requirements.
• Viewer window to know the feed storage easily.

• The feed pan can rotate 360° and swing freely to prevent the chicken flock from injury.
• The switch can adjust the feed output until the feed pan is closed.
• The feed output can be adjusted by rotating the outer cover for easy operation.
• The double-ring chassis can minimize feed waste.
• The double-exit core design can meet the feeding requirements during the brooding period.
• The push-pull chassis disassembly design is simple and practical.

4. Nipple drinking system

Square water pipe size: 22mm x 22mm
Material: PVC with light resistance
Advantage: With cylinder drinker bar, prevents medicine sediment.

• Nipple shell top is about 6mm higher than water pipe bottom to avoid sediment entering the nipple.
• The stainless steel rod can be touched 360°.
• Nipple can be triggered from any direction: up-down, left-right.
• No leakage within 24 hours under quiescent state.
• Longer connector on one end without glue, allowing easy disassembly for maintenance.
• Broiler nipple water flow: 80ml/min.

5. Environmental control system

The system controls the poultry house inner environment, provides fresh air and proper humidity for your chickens, ensuring maximum production.

a. Ventilation fans: We offer centrifugal push-pull type exhaust fans and butterfly cone fans.

b. Curve Air inlets:

• Curve air inlet size: 1100mm x 330mm
• Air volume: 4800m³/h (at 20pa)
• Directs fresh air upwards and speeds to the center of the house
• Maintains greater air volume while remaining sealed against air leakage

• Opened by gravity (no spring design for long life)
• Air deflector directs air into the center of the house
• Front frame with special interior design to prevent deformation
• Insulation material (polystyrene) inside the front frame to prevent condensation
• Special strong structural design

c. Cooling pads:

• Sturdy aluminum frame
• Special cooling pad paper for prolonged service life
• Special angle configuration provides more surface area for optimum air and water exchange
• Separated water tank structure

d. Tunnel door:

Tunnel doors are made from high-density polyurethane board, offering superior insulation performance and finished with a reliable edge seal.

AC2000 Platinum controller provides a highly stable management system. Features include:
