As an original manufacturer of smart pet products, we have been focusing on developing, producing and selling smart pet products since 2018. We are committed to providing each customer with "safe, user-friendly, reliable and durable" smart pet products to help our OEM & ODM partners to grow their business of this category.

We have our own production center that only produces smart pet products, it's around 2000 square meters. Total 36 employees and production workers work in our facility. We have advanced 6S production management and implement SOP on each process to help us to deliver more qualified, reliable and durable smart pet products to our customers.

Products we develop and produce are as follows:

Automatic pet feeder, pet water fountain, automatic cat litter box, pet drying box, pet products accessories, etc. All products with or without APP like Tuya Smart, Smart Life.

(1) We are more experienced in this industry: We have been focusing on developing, producing and selling smart pet products since 2018. We have over 6 years of experience and have shipped out over 600,000 pieces of smart pet products so far, which helped us to keep improving products to the best after receiving feedback from our customers. This is the most important for products to become the best.

(2) We have advanced 6S production management and quality management system: We implement SOP on each process to help us deliver more qualified, reliable, and durable smart pet products to our customers.

You might spend one week trying to let the sales from other companies understand what your issues are, but you will only spend 5 or 10 minutes having a video call with us directly and then we can find out the reasons. Because we can speak very fluent English to help you do troubleshooting when you have any questions or issues.

Most sales from other companies can write English but really cannot speak English well, this will cause you trouble of not understanding each other well and things become complicated especially when problems happen or when discussing your requirements.

You might spend two or more weeks dealing with your issues when you work with other companies, but you will only spend 1 or 2 days dealing with most of your questions or issues by working with us. Because we have our own engineers for testing and developing products, that's why we can easily do the troubleshooting and give you solutions to solve problems quickly.
